Please join us in recognizing our colleagues in UBC Okanagan (UBCO) and UBC Vancouver (UBCV) Food Services, who have recently been highlighted in UBC’s series about faculty and staff adapting to new ways of working on UBC’s campuses as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak.
In particular, Rey Arandia, a UBC Vancouver frontline sales attendant at Gather (Place Vanier Residence) and Open Kitchen (Orchard Commons), shares his experience about continued service in the residence dining halls.
At UBC Okanagan, Shelley Buchner, a team lead in UBCO Food Services, also recounts how physical distancing arrangements have been set up in the UBCO campus dining areas to follow provincial guidelines.
