Innovative Project Fund

Up to $3,500 per project

Established in 1996 and administered by the Office of the Vice-President, Students in partnership with the AMS, the Innovative Projects Fund supports student-focused programs, projects, and ideas that enhance the UBC university experience.

StEAR Enhancement Fund

$500 to $10,000 per project

The StEAR Enhancement Fund is designed to support community-led initiatives that advance broad campus equity and anti-racism goals and priorities aligned with UBC’s StEAR Framework and Roadmap for Change.

Walter H. Gage Memorial Fund

Up to $2,000 per project

The Walter H. Gage Memorial Fund provides financial support for non-curricular student projects and activities that enhance the University’s reputation and have broad interest to students at UBC.

Applications are accepted year-round

Funding decisions:
Winter Term 1: September, October, and November
Winter Term 2: January, February, and March
